We met Chris Carter Jan. 2024 by accident, while doing our initial look at Fairfield Glade. Within minutes of meeting, Chris had a good idea of what we were looking for. He was actually able to show us several houses that day. He quickly established a relationship with us that we knew we could trust. Had to return to MN the next day but Chris continued to follow up with us and within 2 weeks called to say he had found "our" house and he was right.
